COVID Updates Furniture Bank

We have been getting a lot of calls recently (thank you!), and a question a lot of you are asking is: Are we still operating? YES, we are!

First and foremost, we will ask you the following questions before scheduling your removal. If you answer YES to any of these questions, we will ask that you not proceed with scheduling a removal at this time. We appreciate your understanding.

Secondly, you’ll need to decide what type of service you require. Can’t lift the items yourself? Then in-home removal is your best bet for a worry-free pickup. Are your items already in the garage? Then distanced removal it is! We’ve highlighted our current policies below for both types of removal. Take a quick look- so you’re in the know before you book your furniture removal!

IN-HOME REMOVAL

Furniture Bank offers in-home service for residential homes, buildings, and places of business. At this time, we do not offer an in-home removal service for long-term care homes, retirement residences, or senior independent residences.

DISTANCED REMOVAL

We offer a distanced removal to ensure maximum safety for all involved! This means having your items in an accessible area such as a garage, driveway, front porch, or a loading bay of a building.

Last but not least: our driver&mover teams are professionally trained and fully vaccinated.

Not sure if you’re 100% prepared for the pickup?
